    The best part? If something doesn't work or a new opportunity arises, we are not going to waste months of hard work. We can turn around quickly. This helps us stay ready and ahead of the game. This makes the whole process feel more dynamic. And to be honest, it's a lot more fun to manage.

However, adopting agile principles has introduced greater flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration into the process.

    For instance, while working on a complex acquisition in the chemical industry, we applied agile methodologies by breaking the entire project into iterative phases. Rather than creating a fixed, long-term plan that assumed static market conditions, we used agile sprints to focus on specific deal components like due diligence, financial modeling, and cultural integration, each with short-term goals and deliverables.
